Orange Glazed Salmon

Orange glazed salmon is moist and flavorful and super simple to make.  Why not try it for dinner tonight!!

Orange Glazed Salmon

1-2 pounds salmon filet

1 orange

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worchester sauce

2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place salmon on a piece of foil and salt and pepper fish.  Drizzle Worchester and teriyaki sauce over fish.  Zest the orange into the brown sugar, mix well.  Pat brown sugar mixture over the fish.  Cut orange into slices and place on top of sugar.  Place in a baking dish and cook for 18-20 minutes until fat from meat bubbles to the surface.
