French Macaron Class

French Macarons!
Macarons, the quintessential French treat, delicate, light and irresistible!
After studding macaron making in Paris, I will lead a hands on class using tried and true French techniques in my own McKinney kitchen.
Learn to make this love at first bite treat, just in time for holiday gift giving.
We will make the classic vanilla bean with Swiss buttercream filling, chocolate stuffed with rich dark chocolate ganache, raspberry filled with raspberry buttercream and finally pistachio with a white chocolate filling. We will be using the recipe and time honored techniques from Laduree, the most famous French macaron maker.
If you have a moment, click on the link to Laduree Paris, it is delightful!
Enjoy creative packaging ideas and take home some treats to share or savor.
This class will be entirely hands on, giving each participant the chance to follow every step of the macaron recipe as we go through it twice.
Only a few spots remain so call or email today to reserve your space.
All My Best!
