Cool Down with HOT WINGS!

Turn up the AC to keep your cool while chowing down on Hot Wing Chicken Dip.
One last chicken post… This yummy appetizer recipe was given to me by my friend Denise, she is a California girl that I met in my Market Tour class while in Paris last April. We share a love of food and entertaining so I was super excited to try this wonderfully flavorful recipe when she shared it with me. Denise says that Hot Wing Chicken Dip drives her friends wild! Try it and let me know what you think!

Hot Wings Chicken Dip
2-3 Chicken breasts cooked and cubed – place in the bottom of a baking dish
1 jar of hot wing sauce – pour over Chicken
1 jar of Chunky Blue Cheese dressing (I use Marie’s)
1 8 ounce cube of Cream Cheese
Put cream cheese and blue cheese dressing in a microwave proof bowl and heat for about a minute and then mix up. Pour over the Chicken and hot wing sauce and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. I serve these with Frito Corn chip scoops.
