1-2 pounds salmon filet
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon on a piece of foil and salt and pepper meat. Drizzle Worcestershire and teriyaki sauce over fish. Zest the orange into the brown sugar, mix well. Pat brown sugar mixture over the fish. Cut orange into slices and place on top of sugar. Fold foil around the salmon, place in a baking dish and cook for 18-20 minutes until fat from meat bubbles to the surface.
