Recipe for Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

Busy Monday mornings keep you form getting dinner on the table? Try my super simple Chicken Tacos with Spicy Green Chile Sauce and dinner will be ready when you walk through the door!
Chicken Tacos with Spicy Green Chili Sauce
5-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 32 ounce can green chili enchilada sauce, medium heat
1 onion chopped finely
1 clove of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper

Taco Dressings
Shredded cabbage
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Avocado slices
Corn or flour tortillas

Salt and pepper meat. Place all ingredients into a crockpot set to high heat, cook for 4 hours until meat is falling apart. Shred meat into green chili sauce. Spoon into tortilla and dress as desired. Reserve remaining chicken and juices for green chili chicken soup
