Pasta Salad with O&V

Tuscan Pasta Salad
1 package Pasta di Puglia
3 tablespoons Marc de Champagne vinegar
3 tablespoons Pepperoncini oil
1 teaspoon Mélange de France dried herb mix
½ jar Pomodoro sun dried tomatoes drained
¼ pound pepperoni sliced thin
4 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into large shreds
½ cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 4 ounce can of sliced black olives

Cook Pasta in salted water until al dente, drain pasta and plunge into iced water to stop cooking process. In a small bowl combine oil, vinegar and herb mix with a whisk. Toss cooled pasta with remaining ingredients and dressing mixture and serve at once.
